Inclusive Reading - 19 May 2012
ALEA SA
Inclusive Reading in the 21st Century
PRESENTER: Sandy Russo
How easy is it to create an inclusive reading environment using e-books, e-reading, ITC and multimodal texts? What are the pros and cons of some of the most popular e-reading devices? Where can reading materials for these devices be best accessed? How easy can it be for you (or your students) to create content that can be accessed on such devices? These questions and more will be answered by Sandy Russo who currently works at SPELD SA, as an educational and software consultant.
Beyond teaching, Sandy's many skills include IT management, a broad range of educational software and assistive technology knowledge, creating and maintaining the SPELD SA website and the publication of the SPELD SA phonic books online.
