Teaching and Reading Australian Books in Australian Schools

14th Mar 16

ALEA and Copyright Agency believe that every society needs to tell their own stories and the best way we can achieve this is to provide quality and insightful resources to support all teachers of English in bringing Australia’s rich and unique literature into classrooms. ALEA has been working with Copyright Agency to help produce resources for primary teachers. There are now over 100 units for primary and secondary teachers, all freely available on the Reading Australia website.  Lights, camera, action: view the introductory videos (less than 2 mins each) to learn about the fantastic features of Reading Australia.
